A completely remodeled kitchen, and addition including a formal dining room, bathroom with vertical spa shower, unique spiral oak staircase, and two bedrooms.

A bedroom addition with a new front that even the people who have been there before, did not recognize the house.

Todd built a laundry room addition for me.  Overall it was a good experience; everything was really up to par.  Todd is very methodical; everything he does is well planned.  He is very honest and I felt very comfortable working with him. He always kept me in the loop and was where he was supposed to be. He was also very consistent.

We hired Leading Edge Homes to build a 900 square foot (under air) addition onto our home. He also added a patio with concrete columns.  Todd designed the plans exactly how we wanted them.  He is positive and very good at what he does.  His timelines were as expected.  We knew that things can come up during a project like this like such as changes that we wanted along the way.  Of course our changes were not in the initial bid, but Todd took the time to go over everything with us.  We recommend him all the time!
