Text Box: Leading Edge Homes was established in 1991. Todd Perry, owner, has over 27 years experience in the construction field and personally designs and supervises all projects. You benefit because you are dealing with an owner whose experience guarantees the work will be completed correctly and to your satisfaction. Leading Edge Homes is a Design / Build firm. Plans are drawn in-house with a full CAD system, so no architect or draftsman is necessary, then we build what we have designed.  You benefit because you only have to deal with one company throughout the entire process, so there is little to no chance of any communication errors along the way. You get an expert in room additions and major home remodels. Each year, over ninety-five percent of our work are these types of projects. Leading Edge Homes is certified by the state of Florida as both a Building Contractor (CBC057110) and a Roofing Contractor (CCC058069) and is able to complete projects in all municipalities. You won’t get nailed because all work is performed to all applicable building codes. To fully protect our clients, Leading Edge Homes carries $1,000,000 of general liability insurance and purchases a builder’s risk insurance policy on all projects. Every person associated with Leading Edge Homes who steps foot on your property is in compliance with worker’s compensation rules.
