What a great experience! Todd built a 1200 square foot addition to our home.  He also extended our patio and then covered it.  Todd is very upfront and pretty much in line with timing.  The quality of the workmanship was more important than the cost and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I have a half acre lot and wanted to make some additions, I added an extension on the home and a screened patio with concrete arches.  He was “right on the money” with timing and budgets.  He came in with a detailed plan after I showed him a photo of what I wanted, and I made custom changes of course.  He was really fair about changes I made along the way, he only charged me for the materials.  This is not a traditional room he added, it is absolutely incredible and stunning, with custom beams and arches.  It looks like the Four Seasons!  Todd is meticulous.  He did not fail any inspections.  In fact, the inspector told me (when he was out here inspecting the job), that he calls Todd sometimes to ask him questions – that is how knowledgeable Todd is!  His workmanship is just incredible.
