Text Box: * The Leading Edge Homes Pledge and Guarantee I’m so positive that you will be absolutely delighted with the way your project turns out that I make the following unprecedented pledge and guarantee, which no other contractor in Palm Beach County dares make to its clients: PLEDGE: You will be so thrilled with the work you receive and INSIST on referring Leading Edge Homes to ALL of your friends and neighbors that if you are disappointed in any way with the finished product, and we can’t make you delighted, Leading Edge Homes will pay you $200 cash. GUARANTEE: Labor performed by Leading Edge Homes, Inc., not by any sub-contractor, which causes a failure of any type within three (3) years of project completion shall be repaired at no cost to the original contracting and reporting homeowner. If any labor performed by Leading Edge Homes, Inc., not by any sub-contractor, results in a structural failure of any type within ten (10) years of project completion, while the house is owned and occupied by the contracting homeowner, it will be repaired at no cost to the homeowner subject to the following Terms and Conditions: A “structural failure” is strictly limited to a strength, longevity, or safety issue with the monolithic slab or footers by which the building or portion of building constructed by Leading Edge Homes, Inc. is supported, concrete and steel reinforced cement block or formed exterior walls/posts/beams, hurricane straps holding trusses to concrete walls/posts/beams, and installation of pre-engineered wood trusses only. Guarantee explicitly does not cover any material. Materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Contract price, and all client requested or building department mandated extras, must have been paid in full. Evidence of upkeep and/or maintenance must be visible, if applicable.
